Newborn Sleep Package 0-12 weeks: Gentle, personalised support to help you find your rhythm in the newborn fog.

In-take form to be completed prior to our sleep consult (birthing circumstances, 3 x days of current feeding and sleep patterns, sleep environment, family lifestyle and medical history)

  • 60 minute video consultation where I can answer every.single.question you may have. We discuss your sleep or parental challenges, biological newborn sleep behaviour, your in-depth questionnaires, any medical or sleep red flags identified (with appropriate healthcare signposting) and some realistic and tangible advise that you can implement immediately. 

  • Individualised advice and “newborn everything” emailed within 24 hours

  • 2 weeks WhatsApp text support… because sometimes you just need that full sense of support and parental solidarity (Monday - Saturday)

  • 2 x 20 minute additional phone calls over our support period
