My why ….

My little Myla Moo.

She made me a mumma — and in doing so, she’s been my greatest teacher. The one who showed me life’s most precious moments aren’t always big and bold… they’re soft, slow, and sometimes a little messy.

For too long, I felt like I was just surviving in motherhood. It was crippling. From the outside, I probably looked like I had my sh*t together — but inside, I was drowning in anxiety. I’ve always been a deeply intuitive person, yet somehow I found myself feeling completely lost.

I was obsessed with doing the ‘right’ thing. I second-guessed every decision. I devoured all the sleep advice the internet had to offer, took on too many opinions, and ended up doubting what Myla was trying to communicate to me. I just wanted sleep. I tried the Ferber method… and I felt sick to my stomach. It didn’t sit right with me. Not one bit.

Behind closed doors, I lost part of myself. The part known for joy, laughter, and warmth. I felt cold and pretty hollow. This wasn’t how I imagined motherhood would feel — and surely, I thought, surely there was another way.

I’ve been a paramedic for a decade. I know how to hold people in their most vulnerable moments, and when motherhood cracked me wide open, I realised I was destined to help others in a different way.

That’s where this new chapter began.

I became a sleep coach because I believe tired doesn’t have to be your forever. You deserve support that’s rooted in evidence and empathy — so you can feel more confident, more connected, and more like yourself again.

I want to nurture your parenting experience.

Not just by helping you understand the biological norms of infant sleep, but by gently guiding you through what influences it too. So you're not so quick to self-judge, and you can start trusting yourself again.

  • You won’t hear me promise your baby will “sleep through the night”, because every baby is wired differently. Some need more presence, and that’s not something to fix. It’s something to honour. And honestly? That’s pretty damn special

  • I don’t talk in absolutes… I’ll help you tune out the noise and turn up your own instincts

  • Your wellbeing matters just as much as your baby’s sleep. You’re part of the picture too
